30-Day Return Support
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and accessories included.
How To Request A Return
Email hello@9tospine.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Damaged, Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. We will help arrange a suitable resolution.
Items That May Not Be Eligible
- Items used in a way that causes damage beyond normal inspection.
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories or proof of purchase.
- Opened hygiene-sensitive items that come into direct contact with skin, unless faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times usually take 3–10 business days depending on your provider.
